📋 Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice. Any late cancellations or no-show appointments will be charged the full service fee. Thank you for understanding that our business is calendar-based; this date and time was saved for you — we are here because you are here!
If you do hold a gift card or a pre-purchased session, credits do not expire.
📞 Can't Find a Time?
If you cannot find a time that will work for you, please contact us. Text message is usually the easiest and quickest way for us to reply: (614) 929-2150. We are happy to help!
💰 Tax-Free Massage
If you have a prescription for massage therapy from your healthcare provider, massage is tax-free in the State of Ohio. Please present it at the time of your appointment, and we will make that cost adjustment.
🔒 Your Privacy
We are a HIPAA establishment under the State Medical Board of Ohio. Your personal information is protected here.
🔄 Referrals
If we cannot help you, we are happy to refer you to others who might — whether that means to a physician for a medical diagnosis or to another massage therapist whose approach may better align with your needs.
